Committee Report
The committee explained its purpose and function to the assembly. A major function was to ensure that all appropriate printed materials (books, reports, flyers, and announcements) were placed at the tables early each morning so they were ready for use by the delegates. This information typically was distributed very early in the morning and during lunch times or after the close of the Convention each day. The report was presented and adopted on Day 4.
