Registration
Convention registration will take place at the Registration Desk on the Promenade Level, across the hall from the Milano Ballroom. The registration desk will be open during the following conference hours to assist you.
- Friday, July 17th - 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday, July 18th - 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday, July 19th - 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Monday, July 20th - 7:00am to Noon
Remember to bring your Credential. You can't register without it.
Badges
You will get your badge and other materials when you register for the Convention. You must wear your badge in order to be admitted to the Convention floor.
Convention Hours
The Convention officially begins at 9:00am on the morning of Monday, July 20th, in the Octavius Ballroom on the Promenade Level (3rd Floor). Delegates are expected to be in their seats when the Chair calls the meeting to order. The Rules Committee will recommend convening and adjourning times for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday when they give their report. However, the Convention will remain in session each day until all necessary work has been completed.
Documents
On the first day of the Convention, you will be given numerous documents that you will refer to throughout the convention.
- Officers Report – Reports from all International officers, administrative departments, divisions, and many auxiliary organizations, such as MOST and the National Funds offices, covering events since the last Consolidated Convention.
- Resolutions – All properly submitted resolutions submitted by local lodges, the International President, and the Constitution and Law Committee in accordance with the Constitution.
- Partial Report of the Committee on Constitution and Law – This is a working document used throughout the convention. It contains the recommendations of the Committee on Constitution and Law regarding language changes to the Constitution suggested by resolutions.
Expenses and Per Diem
Paid delegates will receive the necessary forms for per diem and expense reimbursement with their registration packet, as well as the location to pick up their per diem checks.
